Squarespace password-protected page - Change your password and design. A step-by-step guide.

Change Your Password on a Password-Protected Page:

1. Sign in to your Squarespace account.
2. Click on "Pages" from the Home Menu.
3. Scroll to find the page you want to password-protect.
4. Click the gear icon next to the page name to open the Page Settings menu.
5. Go to the "General" tab, if you're not already there.
6. Scroll down to the "Password" section.
7. Enter your new password in the text box. Keep in mind that this will be the password you provide to anyone you want to access this page.
8. Click "Save" to finish.

Change the Design on a Password-Protected Page:
1. From the Home Menu, click on "Design".
2. Click on "Lock Screen".
3. Here, you can modify various design elements of the lock screen that appears when a password is required. You can change the background image, logo, text, and even the layout.
4. Once you've made your changes, click "Save" to finish.
5. Remember, the design settings you change in the "Lock Screen" menu will apply to all password-protected pages on your site, including the site-wide password lock screen if you've set one.
